This is Smoky a Rose-ringed parakeet (Psittacula krameri) in blue. He landed in my friends' garden a now stays there during the day. He loves to "talk" to people and rabbits in screeches and whistles. Likes to eat the fruit they put down for him like fruit, parrot treats, millet spray, and budgie seed.
He will come very close to people and likes to "talk" at new things.
